Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping will be available soon — stay connected through our newsletter and social channels.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with delivery taking 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my order if I don’t like the scent?
Yes. We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@louisearoma.com to start your return.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement right away.
Will I get tracking details?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

On average, our fragrances last between 30–45 days, depending on airflow and climate.
Are the ingredients safe?
Absolutely. We use non-toxic fragrance oils and pure essential oils, free from parabens and harmful chemicals.
Are your bottles refillable?
Yes! Our bottles are refillable and reusable, designed with sustainability in mind. Refills will be available soon.
